Easy 3-Cheese Crock Pot Fondue
2 Cups ( 8 Ounces) Cheddar Cheese, shredded (Mild or Sharp)
¾ C Milk
½ C (2 Ounces) Blue cheese, crumbled
1 package (3 Ounces) of cream cheese, cubed
¼ Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic
4-6 drops of hot pepper sauce (optional)
⅛ tsp ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients into Crock Pot (The crock pot recipe card specifies 1.5-2 Qt)
Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours, until cheese is smooth.
Stir several times throughout.
Increase heat to High and continue cooking for 1-1.5 hours, until heated through.
Serve with: Breadsticks, assorted fresh veggies, grilled meat- whatever you like! 🙂
